Stainless steel clamp coupling is a commonly used stainless steel
coupling. It is used for the connection of two stirring shafts when
the stirring shaft of the reactor is too long and is manufactured
in two sections. If the output shaft of the vertical reducer is
connected with the stirring shaft of the reactor, use The clamp
coupling should be put forward when ordering, so as to use
non-standard requirements for the size of the output shaft.
When the stainless steel clamp coupling is assembled and
disassembled, the shaft does not need to move axially, so it is
very convenient to assemble and disassemble. The disadvantage of
the clamp coupling is that the axis alignment accuracy of the two
shafts is low, the structure and shape are relatively complex, and
the manufacturing and balance accuracy is relatively high. Low,
only suitable for occasions with low speed and stable load.
Usually, the linear speed of the outer edge is not more than 5m/s.
When the linear speed exceeds 5m/s, a balance check is required.
