diaphragm flexible coupling
The diaphragm flexible coupling is composed of several groups of
diaphragms (stainless steel thin plates) connected with the two
halves of the coupling by bolts alternately. Each group of
diaphragms is formed by stacking several pieces. The relative
displacement of the two shafts is a high-performance metal elastic
element flexible coupling, without lubrication, compact structure,
high strength, long service life, no rotation gap, not affected by
temperature and oil, with acid resistance, resistance It has the
characteristics of alkali and anti-corrosion, the structure is
relatively simple, and the assembly and disassembly are convenient.
The connection of flexible elements has no gap, generally does not
need lubrication, easy maintenance, easy balance, light weight, no
noise, strong environmental adaptability, high reliability, large
load, high efficiency, long service life but low torsional
elasticity, The buffering and vibration reduction performance is
poor, and it is mainly used for medium and high-speed rotating
shaft systems with relatively stable loads. It can compensate for
the relative displacement of the two axes, acid and corrosion
resistance, and the allowable working temperature is up to 200
degrees. It can partially replace the gear coupling.
