WGP Model Brake Disc Drum Flexible Gear Coupling

The WGP drum gear coupling with brake disc includes a left bushing and a right bushing for connecting the power input shaft and the power output shaft respectively. The end of the left bushing is provided with a drum gear. The connecting sleeve on the periphery of the left sleeve is engaged with the drum-shaped teeth on the left sleeve through its inner teeth, and the end of the right sleeve is provided with a connecting flange, which is connected and fixed with the connecting sleeve through the penetrating bolts. The brake disc is clamped and fixed between the connecting flange and the coupling sleeve.

WGP type drum gear coupling with brake disc is composed of inner gear ring with the same number of teeth and flange half coupling with outer teeth. The external teeth are divided into two types: straight teeth and drum teeth. The so-called drum teeth are made of spherical surfaces. The center of the spherical surface is on the axis of the gear. Allowing larger angular displacement (relative to the straight-tooth coupling), it can improve the contact conditions of the teeth, improve the ability to transmit torque, and prolong the service life. The contact state along the tooth width with angular displacement.
